About GN Allen
My name is GN Allen, and for more than 15 years I have worked closely with homeowners, buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals throughout the real estate industry. During that time, I have also conducted professional training for real estate agents focused on negotiations, communication, client relations, transactions, and understanding how real estate deals come together — or sometimes fall apart.
As a certified home inspector through InterNACHI — the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors — I perform detailed visual inspections based on established standards of practice while focusing on professionalism, communication, and practical understanding of the transaction process.
What I bring to every inspection
Inspections & negotiations
Buyer & seller concerns
Water intrusion
Structural & roofing
Electrical & plumbing
A professional home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the accessible systems and components of a property based on the standards of practice established by InterNACHI. The purpose of the inspection is to identify visible defects, safety concerns, signs of deferred maintenance, and conditions that may affect the value, safety, function, or future ownership costs of the home.
Who we work with
Whether you are purchasing your first home, preparing to sell, investing in a property, or representing a client as an agent, my goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, preparation, and understanding.
Buyer Inspections
Protect your investment before the purchase becomes firm. Understand what you’re buying, negotiate with confidence, request repairs, or walk away if serious issues are discovered.
Seller pre-inspections
Understand your home’s condition before listing. Identify issues early, prepare repairs, strengthen your negotiating position, and avoid surprises during the conditional period.
